It takes a lot of work and effort, believing that nothing is impossible, and that's why today we give a well-deserved recognition to Eleazar Martinez, from the United States, for having reached his goal of losing 45 kilos. This is his story: I am very happy to tell you my story about how I reached my goal and my biggest dream of being part of the 100 pound club. When I started taking the YOR Health products my weight was 350 Lbs, I was out of control. I didn't like how heavy I was, I didn't feel good about myself. I was depressed but I hid it from people, when I went out I pretended to be happy. I put on my big fake smile and friends would say you're always happy without knowing I wasn't. Sometimes when I was invited to visit friends, birthday parties, or special occasions, I would just make excuses as to why I couldn't make it. I looked at myself in the mirror and thought how I would look compared to my friends. My friends dressed nicely because they didn't weigh that much. In me I only saw this figure of a penguin, without a neck, without legs, just a round ball. I was fat and did not have a body figure. My clothes did not fit me, I never showed my fat body, and I wore coats or sweaters in the summer just to hide it. The moment I found a bit of hope was when I listened to radio host Perla Barraza, and found her Facebook profile. I watched her videos and realized that she was heavy and suddenly she looked skinny. She had lost a few pounds and I said to myself: I want to know her secret. I approached her, she was very kind and put me in touch with Rosario Barraza. I wanted to know what she did to lose all that weight and keep it off. That's when I was first introduced to YOR Health supplements. I wanted to have the same results as her, so I decided to start with the supplements and joined the YOR Best Body challenge. Once I started taking them, I saw great results and even won second place. I took the YOR Shakes, YOR Digest Ultra (my best friends), YOR Repair Ultra, YOR Probiotics, YOR Essential Vitamins, YOR SuperGreens and YOR Fiber Plus. I kept losing weight. I had all this energy that I didn't have before. I could go on all day without feeling as tired as before. Now I'm on top of the world. I have lost about 142 pounds. I started at 350 pounds, and today I am at 208 pounds. How long did it take? I'm a little embarrassed to say it, but it took me about 2.5 years because I would lose weight and then give up. But I decided to stop playing with my health and keep pushing to lose weight. I wanted to get healthy and achieve my dream of being in the 100-pound club. I am super excited to have surpassed my goal and to have managed to maintain it. I used to have a hard time taking my clothes off even for YOR Best Body photos and now with my confidence it's hard to keep my clothes on. LOL. I take a lot of photos to show on my social media that the YOR supplements do work and that the weight is off. Who am I thankful for? Esta es su historia: Estoy muy feliz de contarles mi historia sobre cómo alcancé mi meta y mi mayor sueño de ser parte del club de las 100 libras. Cuando comencé a tomar los productos de YOR Health mi peso era de 350 Lbs, estaba fuera de control. No me gustaba lo pesado que estaba yo, no me sentía bien conmigo mismo. Yo estaba deprimido pero se lo ocultaba a la gente, cuando salía fingía que estaba feliz. Ponía mi gran sonrisa falsa y los amigos dirán que siempre estás feliz sin saber que no lo estaba. A veces, cuando me invitaban a visitar amigos, a fiestas de cumpleaños, u ocasiones especiales, solo ponía excusas de por qué no podía asistir. Me miraba en el espejo y pensaba cómo me vería en comparación con mis amigos. Mis amigos se vestían bien porque no pesaban tanto. En mí solo veía esta figura de pingüino, sin cuello, sin piernas solo una bola redonda. Yo estaba gordo y no tenía una figura corporal. Mi ropa no se ajustaba a mi cuerpo, nunca lo mostraba, y usaba abrigos o suéteres en el verano solo para ocultar mi cuerpo gordo. El momento en que encontré un poco de esperanza fue cuando escuché a la locutora de radio Perla Barraza, y encontré su perfil en Facebook. Vi sus videos y me di cuenta de que era pesada y, de repente, se empezó a ver delgada. Ella había bajado algunos kilos y me dije a mí mismo: quiero saber su secreto. Me acerqué a ella, fue muy amable y me puso en contacto con Rosario Barraza. Yo quería saber qué hizo para perder todo ese peso y no recuperarlo. Fue entonces cuando me introdujeron por primera vez a los suplementos de YOR Health. Meet our winners of the YOR Best Body Championship 2022

I am 52 years old. 20 years ago, I have tried many diets with no results. I recently made the decision to focus and take YOR Health supplements consistently, and today I feel very happy, proud and more than motivated since I have lost 30lbs. I’ve never been able to do this with any diet I tried. Today, I know that it is possible to reach my weight goals by having the right nutrition and taking care of my health.

I am 65 years old and I am an orthodontist. Due to the pandemic I closed the office, stayed home and stopped exercising. This caused me a lot of anxiety, I started to eat more and gained 33lb. My knees hurt, I felt very heavy, and above all I didn't like what I saw in the mirror. I decided to sign up for YOR Best Body, and thanks to the supplements, some exercise and a low carb diet, I lost almost 22lb. and 4 sizes in a very simple way. Now I am going to do the SCULPT challenge and I am sure that at 65 years old I will achieve it.

I am 50 years old, and my life changed when I decided to be part of YOR Best Body. At first I was hesitant, when I started the challenge I weighed 187lb, which means that in the process I have lost more than 33lb, and I am very motivated to continue. I went from being someone always tired and sleepy, to being a person with a lot of energy, a better image and very fit. Every day I feel more proud of my health, my body, and obviously, my wife is happy. She has also completed her second challenge with me. Tengo 52 años. Empecé a subir de peso sin control. He probado muchas dietas sin resultados. Recientemente tomé la decisión de concentrarme y tomar los suplementos de YOR Health de manera constante, y hoy me siento muy feliz, orgullosa y más que motivada, ya que he perdido 14 kg. Cycles refer to the number of times you have participated in the YOR Best Body 8-Week Challenge. First time participants are considered “Cycle 1” challengers. Each time you complete a YOR Best Body 8-Week Challenge you will advance to the next “Cycle”.

Upon completing of your 8-Week (56 Day) Challenge, you are required to submit a written testimonial and &quot;AFTER&quot; Photos to be considered for prizes. Participants have the ability to upload their “AFTER” Photos and written testimonial prior to the full completion of their 8-Week Challenge. The cutoff period is 24 hours after your challenge has officially ended. YOR Health is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries. This is a competition and therefore must remain fair for all participants, NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED.

The YOR  Best Body  8-Week Challenge is divided into groups that start every  2 weeks.  Your Callenge Group # is how you identify which group you are competing in.

Finalists will be selected by a panel of judges comprised of members of the YOR Health Corporate Team. Each judge will score each entry on a 100 point scale with 50% of the score based on the &quot;BEFORE&quot; and &quot;AFTER&quot; photos, 30% of the score based the written testimonial, and 20% of the score based on the voting done by the YOR Best Body online community. The judge’s scores of each entry will be combined to give each entry a final score. The finalists in each category will be entries with the highest cumulative score. All decisions of the judges are final.

Within each Group, there are 4 categories in which participants compete for prizes.
