Follow these simple and healthy recipes to share with friends and family during these holidays.

PUMPKIN SPICE SHAKE

Enjoy the taste of the holiday spirit with a wellness twist!

  • 1 cup of ice
  • 3/4 cup of oat milk
  • 3/4 cup or pumpkin puree
  • 1-2 scoops of YOR Shake Vanilla
  • 1 scoop of YOR Fiber Plus
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice

Combine all ingredients in a blender; process until smooth.
Pour 3/4 cup ice cream mixture into each of 4 glasses.
Sprinkle with the pumpkin-pie spice.


GREEN GRINCH SMOOTHIE

Steal the sweetest of this season with this healthy and incredible drink.

  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 scoop YOR SuperGreens
  • 1 Heaping scoop YOR Shake Vanilla
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 12 oz ice
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 8 oz choice of milk or coconut water

Place all the ingredients in the blender, leaving the milk and ice at the end.
Blend for about 30 seconds, and it's ready to be served in your favorite glass.


HOLLY JOLLY SORBET

One of our favorites that includes fresh berries, joy and deliciousness.

  • 1/2 cup plain unsweetened Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup frozen berries
  • 1 packet of YOR Berry Blast

Puree berries with the yogurt and YOR Berry Blast to the blender, until you get a smooth consistency. Serve and decorate with some extra berries on top.
