I joined the challenge to motivate myself, stick to my health regimen, and feel better physically and emotionally. And wow, I achieved it!

At first, the hardest part was being consistent with my exercise, but with the YOR Berry Blast, YOR AMP, and YOR Shake, I found the energy to stay active and focused.

During the process, I noticed incredible changes: better mood, reduced inflammation, and a weight loss of 7 kilos. I dropped two sizes and was able to wear clothes I had stored away. I feel more beautiful and younger! My skin, hair, and nails also changed significantly, which I love.

I adopted new habits that were key to my transformation. For example, I paid more attention to what I ate, took the shake at least once a day (usually for breakfast and dinner), and exercised by walking, biking, and doing some weightlifting for an average of one hour daily.

Today I feel much more confident in myself. My husband says I look super beautiful, and that motivates me even more! Something that surprised me was how quickly I saw changes and how easy it was. It didn’t feel like being on a diet; instead, I enjoyed the process.
