I am super excited and very happy to finish this challenge because this supplementation is helping me a lot to perform very well in my squash competitions.
I start my day with YOR Repair Ultra and head to train. During training, I take YOR SuperGreens and afterward, I have my delicious chocolate YOR Shake.
At school, I have my breakfast with YOR Essential Vitamins.
In the afternoon, before going to work, I take my vitamins and YOR Digest Ultra at lunch.
At night, I have another YOR Shake and an Ultra gummy for recovery. If I have double training sessions, I take YOR Repair Ultra before bed.
