I am very happy with the results I achieved. I managed to lose more than 3 kilos, even though I had some gastric health issues that forced me to stop supplementation for three weeks due to a prior surgery. This made me very nervous about what the final outcome would be.
The truth is, you see yourself every day and don’t really notice your body until you look at photos. When I uploaded my "before" photos, it was very traumatic to see my arms with cellulite; I didn’t know if I could overcome it.
