Hello, my name is Juan Orbe. I’m a Systems Engineer and 46 years old.
Participating in this challenge was exciting and fascinating because of all that I could achieve.
I started because my clothes were getting tight or no longer fit, and I felt a bit tired with low energy.
When I began, I weighed 66 kg with a 82 cm waist. By the end, I weighed 60 kg with a 78 cm waist.
Here’s my daily routine:
At 6 or 7 a.m., I take a capsule of YOR Probiotics Ultra.
After an hour, I take 2 capsules of YOR Repair Ultra.
Around 10 a.m., I take a capsule of YOR AMP.
At noon or 1 p.m., I have my YOR Shake with YOR SuperGreens and YOR Fiber Plus. Sometimes, I add fruit like bananas or strawberries.
