Hello, first of all, I want to mention that this is the first time I’ve joined a challenge, and I’m very motivated and happy with the results. Although I couldn’t go to a gym due to personal reasons, I make sure to jog at least 4 days a week and do some exercises at home after jogging.
In the mornings, I would have a vanilla YOR Shake, sometimes adding a scoop of YOR SuperGreens and a YOR AMP. For lunch, I’d take a YOR Digest Ultra capsule before my meal. Later, an hour before jogging, I’d take a YOR AMP capsule, and after my workout, I’d have a scoop of YOR SuperGreens. For dinner, I sometimes had a vanilla YOR Shake, and before bed, I took a YOR Probiotics Ultra capsule. I must mention that Sundays were my cheat days for unhealthy food, yet I still managed to lose weight.
