In this challenge, the supplements I used were:
YOR Probiotics Ultra: every morning on an empty stomach before exercise.
YOR Shake: mid-morning or in the afternoon, depending on whether I felt hungry or needed extra energy that day.
YOR SuperGreens: together with my YOR Shake or mid-morning.
YOR Repair Ultra: also on an empty stomach.
I went to the gym 3 times a week and played basketball some days.
