Participating in YOR Health challenges has helped me maintain a healthy weight and feel better. Now, I am focused on maintaining my weight and better defining my figure. In this challenge, I focused on building more muscle, as I am 59 years old, and it is very important to maintain and preserve muscle mass to have a healthy life at this stage of my life.
My supplementation for my goal: YOR Digest Ultra with meals, YOR Essential Vitamins, and YOR Shake as a protein source, especially after exercising.
My physical activity is varied; I combine aerobics and functional exercise for at least 6 out of 7 days, 30 to 60 minutes. I also run 5 km at least once or twice a week. As for my diet, it is varied but focused on consuming more protein, vegetables, and reducing carbohydrates, especially sweet bread.
