It’s been many years since I did the YOR Best Body Challenge, I became a father of twins 4 years ago, and they are still in a very demanding stage. Because of this, I had let myself go and started gaining weight, which isn’t the same as when I was 25 and won the global challenge, compared to now at 36.
So, I made a commitment to myself and started exercising, but the results were slow because it’s more challenging at this age, with kids and work commitments. I began taking MRP, YOR SuperGreens, and YOR Digest Ultra again and started seeing some results. It’s been a challenge, but after a year of working out, these 8 weeks have been both challenging and exciting, and I gave my 110%, working out 5 to 6 times a week, trying to take care of my nutrition, and I think I achieved good results.
I managed to tone up and recover a bit of the body I had in my 20s, and now my kids even tell me I look like a superhero!
