Hi! This is another challenge that I thought would be easy, but it wasn't. I expected to lose weight, but to my surprise, I gained muscle mass instead. I did reduce my fat percentage, but I built more muscle, and this excites me. Seeing my body stronger is amazing.

My routine starts with YOR Probiotics Ultra. My gym training begins at 6 am, and I take my YOR SuperGreens (which has helped with my allergies), keep hydrated, and take my YOR Shake afterward. For breakfast, I have vegetables and protein, plus my YOR Essential Vitamins. I have a fruit snack mid-morning.
