Hello, my name is Adriana Ramírez. I’m 44 years old, a single mother of two teenagers and an 11-year-old child. My goal during these 8 weeks was to dedicate time to my body since I had experienced significant weight fluctuations in a year due to depression, which led to changes in my immune system, rapid weight gain, poor sleep, and a very unbalanced diet because of the ups and downs in my mood and physical state.
