Hello, YORians! Today, I want to share my testimony with the people reading this on the other side of the screen, just as I once did... longing for a change but uncertain of how to start. And I want to tell you that the goal I desired, which once seemed so far away, started to come closer every day!

Every day, I do intermittent fasting. In the mornings, when I wake up, I take a capsule of YOR AMP and YOR Probiotics Ultra. My breakfast is at 11 am: a delicious vanilla YOR Shake with YOR SuperGreens and YOR Fiber Plus. I admit I’m NOT a fan of vegetables, and although I’ve included more of them in my diet, I’m super grateful for being able to easily complement my nutrition with SuperGreens!
