I am Mónica Chávez. I was overweight and managed to lose 14 kilos a couple of years ago. I still need to lose more, but I've hit a plateau. I wasn't gaining weight, but I wasn't losing it either. My husband has surgery scheduled for February and needs to lose 15 kilos. We both signed up with a health plan. We both have a lot of weight to lose, and I decided to join to support him and make it easier for us to achieve our goal as a team. Regaining our health with a reasonable weight within the time we have is the goal. This time, I lost 5 kilos, although I lost much more in measurements. We will support ourselves with supplements and a balanced diet. I did a lot of aerobic exercise (running on a treadmill 4-5 times a week, and I participated in a 5 km race in July). I strengthen my heart, lungs, and legs.

I also adjusted my diet to include fewer carbohydrates and more vegetables and protein. I take YOR Repair Ultra and YOR Probiotics Ultra an hour before breakfast.
