My name is Esmeralda León, and I’m very grateful for the results I’ve had and for staying committed in each challenge, happy with the outcome.

When I wake up, I take 2 YOR AMP, 1 YOR Probiotics Ultra, and 2 YOR Repair Ultra with 2 liters of water and a packet of YOR Berry Blast.

This is followed by 1:30 minutes of exercise with intermittent fasting from 16 to 18 hours.

Afterward, I take my YOR SuperGreens in 300 ml of water, a scoop of YOR Fiber Plus, with a lemon and a little tajín, and my 2 YOR Essential Vitamins.

FOR MEALS:

During meals, I take 2 YOR Digest Ultra, 1 YOR AMP, 2 YOR Essential Vitamins, and I only drink water or water with YOR Berry Blast.
