Hello!

After another 8 weeks, I managed to maintain my weight around 78 KG, a bit more than at the start but increasing muscle mass. I particularly see that I have managed to tone a bit more in my pectorals, deltoids, and trapezius, also maintaining in the abdominal area...

... and all this at 42 years old! It is very satisfying to know that I have managed to considerably decrease my % of fat and increase muscle mass (still more to go).

It takes a lot of discipline in the consistency of strength training, plus the addition of cardiovascular exercise (basketball and running),... as well as avoiding processed foods as much as possible.

And obviously, with the support of YOR Health, which is essential, starting in the mornings with YOR Essential Vitamins and YOR Repair Ultra (sometimes after training as well). At midday, my YOR Shake and 1 YOR Digest Ultra for lunch.

In the afternoons, before training, 1 YOR AMP and 1 YOR SuperGreens, which is my drink during training. Additionally, 1 YOR Probiotics Ultra at night has helped me as well.

And finally, as I always mention, getting at least 8 hours of sleep to aid muscle recovery and have the energy needed for the next day.
