YorHealth is not just for people who want to lose weight, but for anyone looking to make a change in their life for the better long term. Participating in the 8 week challenge has been exciting for me because although I have already lost a lot of weight with these products the holidays are all about the food and that isn’t good news for someone to trying to lose weight, but thanks to the challenge I was able to go from 150 pounds to 140, not only losing that holiday weight but getting ready for my summer body. I love Yorhealth because they've made losing weight simple! I once heard that the word diet's first three letters is DIE. That's what I felt like when I tried starving myself, exercising hours on end and still not getting the results I wanted.
