¡Hola!
Estoy súper contento porque logré mi meta en este reto de 8 semanas: subir a 70 kg creando masa muscular. ¡Me siento increíble!
Los productos que utilicé fueron:
- Yor Shake – todas las noches y también cuando me daba hambre entre comidas.
