Hola buen día me dio mucho gusto terminar este reto, aunque en estos últimos 10 días ya no pude hacer ejercicio por una infección de vías respiratorias de la que voy saliendo apenas, pero me dio gusto ver que pude bajar de peso y volumen, sentirme más ligera y ágil es increíble
Les platico como hice mi rutina por la mañana al levantarme inicio con mis probióticos y repair, y me alisto para el trabajo más tarde con mi desayuno tomo mi Shake de vainilla que me fascina con un desayuno ligero con fruta o verduras y mi proteína acompañado de esencial vitamins y digest. Al salir de mi trabajo hago mi comida fuerte y lo acompaño con essential vitamins y Digest. Ya por la tarde voy al gimnasio hago cardio, luego mi clase de yoga y por último la clase que sigue pilates, combat, full body o dnce party y me hidrato constantemente, al terminar me tomo un licuado de fruta con Shake y fiber plus.
Y para terminar el día, antes de acostarme, me tomo mis Repair Ultra y una gommis ultra.
