Esta vez no me dediqué mucho al ejercicio. Asuntos de salud y de trabajo alteraron la rutina que llevaba. Si mantuve mi cuidado en la dieta y también en continuar los suplementos sin falta. Seguí tomando un repair y probióticos en ayunas. Una hora después desayuno y tomo una Digest. Igual en comida y cena una Digest. Dos veces por semana Fiber y de vez en cuando Greens.
