Hola! Mi nombre es Zenaida González tengo 60 años, me inscribí en el Reto porque quería bajar 5 kg.

Estoy muy contenta porque fue muy fácil enfocarme en hacer ejercicio. Disfruto muchos salir a correr por las mañanas cuatro días de la semana entre 6 y 8 km.

Hago ayuno intermitente y normalmente abro mi ventana con Súper Green, a la hora de comida mi Yor Digest. El Yor Shake lo disfruto como snack y los Probióticos en ayunas.
