Hola mi nombre es Adriana Ramírez tengo 45 años mama soltera de dos adolescentes y un niño de 11 años bueno mi participación en este reto de 8 semanas es debido a que tengo meses batallando con dies libras de mi peso normal ya que en los meses anteriores fui al doctor y me detectó ansiedad y un poco de depresión a causa de tanto estrés y un cambio en mi sistemas inmunológico provocado un estreñimiento severo pero gracias a casi todos los productos de York health pude ayudar a mi cuerpo a eliminar esas libras de grasa y líquidos empezando mis mañanas con un probiótico y el jugo verde para limpiar y ayudar a tener una mejor digestión después en cada comida una encima digestiva y en mis ejercicios un berry blas para darle energía a mi cuerpo y al terminar mi proteína con la fibra como mi cena y así ayudar ala flacidez en este reto elimine 8 libras y estoy muy contenta y feliz de haber logrado mi objetivo gracias por la oportunidad de haber participado en este reto de 8 semanas gracias
