hola a todos, soy Marcos Fernández y decidí meterme al reto de 8 semanas, ya que me había descuidado en mi alimentación y ejercicio y subí de peso e índice de grasa corporal.
Mi rutina de ejercicio fue: hacer cardio con un poco de peso en el gimnasio por una hora, 4 días a la semana.
use los productos de suplementación de Yorhealth como sigue:
Me sujete al ayudo intermitente de 12 a 14 horas, para romper el ayuno me tome una cuchada de Yor Supergreens en 500 ml de agua, posteriormente durante el desayuno me tome una píldora de Yor Digest. A la hora de la comida me tome una píldora de Yor Digest y al terminar una píldora de Yor Amp. Durante 3 semanas me cenaba 02 cucharadas de Yor Shake licuado con un plátano y 02 panes tostados.
Hoy que termine el reto, me siento mejor físicamente, más fuerte no me siento inflamado ni pesado a como me sentía, sobre todo con ánimo para entrar al siguiente reto, para ahora si lograr el objetivo de marcar el abdomen y definir mejor el cuerpo.
