No parecería que hay mucha diferencia solo 100gramos, pero creo que se nota, no pude encontrar la ropa con que me saque la foto de antes y solo por checar como me quedaba el traje de baño mi sorpresa me cerró!! Y decidí sacarme la foto y se ve bien,espero no haya problema. Tomo todo: probióticos y reper al amanecer, luego SuperGreens con unas gotas de AE de limón sabe buenisimo, luego un desayuno ligero ( huevo,una tortilla y frijoles) con malteada de vainilla.
Al mediodía comida balanceada y enzimas digestivas y agua natural con berryblast. En la merienda después de un poco ejercicio malteada y gomitas para dormir súper bien y descansar como bebé aunque tengo 69años. Gracias nos vemos en próximo reto.
