Hola comunidad, espero se encuentren de lo mejor.
Estoy feliz viendo el resultado de este ciclo, aunque tuve que usar otra báscula a la habitual, creo que marca diferente (63.5 kg) pero al ver las fotografías juntas sí se nota.
En cuestión de ejercicio lo principal fue entrenamiento funcional con resistencia con un poco de yoga e incluso pilates, unas cuatro veces a la semana.
Tomé de todo en la línea de nutrición: mis favoritos son SuperGreens, enzimas digestivas, Berry Blast y la malteada, de las que a veces olvidaba tomar son probióticos y repair.
En este nuevo ciclo voy a retomar las caminatas y más sesiones de cardio, sigo en busca de bajar porcentaje de grasa así que nos vemos en el próximo ciclo.
