I am so excited for being part of this challenge. I consider that is an excellent way to take care of my body in a healthy and dynamic way. I make my excercise routine 3 times a week and I take my super greens and Berry Blast every day in the morning, even if I don't work out every day. I take two Vitamins every meal and also my Digest, to empower my body and get rid of the waste. Every morning and every night I take 1 Probiotic and 2 Repair to have a great recovery at night and protect my body every day, improve my inmune system is very important. I will keep participating and encourage others to join this new way of healthy life.
