Hola Soy Esmeralda Leon, Estamos muy felices de seguir en el reto.Cada reto que pasa seguimos amando el resultado, buscando tener nuestra mejor salud y llegar a nuestra meta con la ayuda de los suplementos, sabemos que estamos muy cerca.

- Mañana: al comenzar mi día lo inicio con 2 Yor AMP, 1 Probiotico, 2 Yor Repair acompañado de 1 Sobre de Yor Berry Blast para comenzar mi rutina,que marca mucha la diferencia. He mantenido un ayuno intermitente de 16 a 18 hrs durante las 8 semanas donde habro mi ventana de ayuno a la 1pm con mi super greens acompañado de mi fribra, a las 2pm es mi comida que la acompaña de 2 Yor Digest, 2 Yor Vitaminas.
