Hola a todos.
En este reto en particular decidí enfocarme más en consumir, menos alimentos insanos; esto, junto con el hecho de que sufrí algunas lesiones en este periodo
Comenzaba siempre mi día, con una cápsula de pro bióticos y un vaso grande de agua, con una gota de aceite de limón; Soy empezar con un desayuno abundante, pero ligero, acompañado de una medida de Super greens y posteriormente una YOR Shake.
En la comida, que era más abundante, tomaba una cápsula de Digest Ultra y procura consumir mucha agua.
Siempre procura dormirme lo más temprano posible y hacer ejercicio como base dos horas al día .
