Dear YORHealth family, I always loved the products. They help me achive extraordinary results. I feel more sculpted, healthier and I also feel more energetic. I started the day with Repair ultra and Probiotic ultra on empty stomach. I replaced lunch with YOR Vanilla MRP, which is my favorite. I would drink Berry Blast in the morning and Supergreen in the afternoon. Since I have a 15 month old son at home, I was only able to exercicse 5 times a week. I did some weight lifting and cardio. I also spent a lot of time outside with my little one since he started walking three weeks ago, I have to constantly run after him. I recomend YORHealth products to everyone.
