Hace muchos años que no hacía el reto Yor Best Body, fui papá de gemelos hace 4 años y siguen en una etapa muy demandante. Y por lo mismo, me había dejado y empecé a subir ya que no es lo mismo a mis 25 que gane el reto a nivel mundial, que ahorita a mis 36.
Así que me comprometí conmigo mismo y empecé a hacer ejercicio pero los resultados no los veía porque ya es más lento a esta edad y con hijos y compromiso laboral, empecé a tomarme de nuevo la MRP, Supergreens y enzimas y empecé a ver resultados un poco más. Ha sido todo un reto pero del año que llevo haciendo ejercicio, estás 8 semanas fueron retadoras y emocionantes y di mi 110%, haciendo ejercicio 5 a 6 veces a la semana, intenté cuidar mi alimentación y creo que tuve buenos resultados.
Logré tonificar y recuperar un poco el cuerpo que tenía en mis 20,s y ahora mis hijos ya me dicen que me parezco a un superhéroe!
