Hola!!! Este es otro reto que pensé sería fácil pero no fue así, ya que esperaba bajar peso y para mi sorpresa fue ganancia de peso, pero peso muscular.... Si baje porcentaje de grasa, pero subí más músculo y esto me emociona mucho, ver mi cuerpo más fuerte
Mi rutina inicia con mis probióticos, mi entrenamiento en el GYM inicia a las 6 am y me tomo mi Supergreens (que me ha ayudado bastante con mis alergias), me hidrato bien y tomo mi Shake al terminar, tomo mi desayuno verduras y proteína, además de mis Vitaminas. A media mañana mi refrigerio con fruta.
En mi comida me tomo mis Digest y mis vitaminas . Ya por la tarde hago un poco de cardio y al terminar tomo mi Shake + Fiber plus. Y ya para terminar el día al acostarme me tomo mis enzimas reparador más mi Ultra
