Estoy muy contento porque terminando esté reto, termine mi competencia de squash, y gracias a mis suplementos que me fue muy bien
Por la mañana inicio con mis reparadoras y me voy a entrenar, ya en mientreno me tomo supergreens y al terminar tomo Shake de chocolate. Ya en la escuela tomo mi desayuno y las vitaminas.
Por la tarde antes de ir al trabajo en mi comida tomo otras vitaminas y una digest.
Por la noche tomo otra ración de shake y una gomita de Ultra y si tengo doble sesión de entreno al acostarme tomo reparadoras
