Hola!!! Aquí estoy terminando un nuevo reto!!! Y me siento muy feliz porque poco a poco voy logrando llegar a mi peso ideal.

Es la primera vez en los últimos 5 años que estoy logrando dejar atrás todo lo que subí en mi embarazo y me motiva mucho ver que mi hija al verme hacer ejercicio y comer saludable, está también aprendiendo hábitos saludables.

Estoy entrenando 4 días a la semana, rutinas en casa de 40 minutos. Como hago ayuno intermitente de 16 horas, he notado que me he sentido mejor cerrando mi ventana de comida más temprano (6:00 pm) y desayunar en la mañana con mi Supergreens y proteína sólida, como huevo, porque el hecho de masticar algo cuando abro mi ventana de comida me evita tener ansiedad por la comida, me hace sentir satisfecha y sin necesidad de comer cosas innecesarias. El YOR Shake sigue siendo mi producto favorito sin embargo ahora lo tomo para cerrar mi ventana y me encanta la sensación de sentirme ligera y bien nutrida al dormir y al despertarme.
