Gracias Yorhealth por permitirme continuar con hábitos y seguir en la nutrición y transformación corporal llevo ya casi un año con síntomas con lesión que me ha impedido estar en entrenamientos físicos sin embargo la suplementacion a logrado mantenerme saludable y en este reto lograr definición sin ejercicio bajar grasa magra y mantener energía a sido un gran logro comienzo el día tomándome un probiótico con 1 vaso de agua tibia y una gota de limón , para desayunar mi licuado de vainilla con 1 cucharada de fibra y mis dos vitaminas de snack una cucharada de súper greens con pepino y para la comida proteína con mis enzimas digestivas 1 cápsula y 2 vitaminas para la cena huevos al gusto con proteína dos scoops en agua y antes de dormir 3 reparadoras descanso muy bien y despierto feliz de ver que no aumente de peso y mi cuerpo está nutrido gracias YOR health
