My name is Luis Alvarado, I’m 34 years old and I’m excited to share my experience since it has totally changed my life. I began this challenge without many expectations, I was thinking more on changing some eating habits through the products.

I started using probiotics, digest, repair & vitamins products on a daily basis. I committed myself to work out daily and reduce skipping CrossFit classes.

During the first weeks I started feeling better, I noticed I had lost weight and began to feel more flexible. Routines were easy to follow and weightlifting was easier for me.
