Hola, Soy Samuel

En este reto tuve un desvalance en mis actividades ya que entré a estudiar y todos mis horarios y rutinas se han modificado y aun no logro adaptarme, desgraciadamente no he sido muy constante con el ejercicio y eso me ha afectado un poco en mi imagen, sin embargo gracias a los maravillosos suplementos he podido sentirme bien.

Al despertar me tomo los probioticos de Yor junto con un vaso de agua tibia, antes de salir de casa tomo el supergreens junto con la fibra de Yor y la Malteada de vainilla que me encanta, con eso mi dia es mas sencillo y en la comida trato de comer verduras y proteina, debido a tantos cambios llego en la noche a casa y me teomo otra Yor Shake con avena y fruta antes de irme a dormir.

Espero que para el siguiente reto pueda tener mas disciplina y retomar el ejercicio
