Hola a todos!

Estoy muy feliz de terminar un nuevo ciclo del reto!!! Poco a poco me estoy acercando a mi mejor versión y eso me emociona muchísimo!!!!

Este reto particularmente tuve que superar algunos obstáculos, porque mi niña salió de vacaciones y me fue un poco difícil organizarme para seguir ejercitándome, casi sólo lo hice 2 veces por semana, pero eso si estuve muy disciplinada con mi rutina de ayuno, alimentación y suplementos.

Para mi lo más importante es comenzar mi mañana tomando mi YOR Shake, porque eso me garantiza sentirme con energía, sin hambre y además está delicioso!!!

El supergreens a media mañana me refresca y me da vitalidad para continuar con la segunda parte del día sin deudas de energía. Y por supuesto que mis Digest son mis más grandes aliadas cuando se me antoja algún postrecito.
