Hola Familia Yor! Este reto me ha ayudado enormemente a conocer mi cuerpo y la importancia de mantenerme saludable utilizando la suplementaciòn. Disfrutè mucho participar en el Yor Best Body Challenge de 8 semanas y hoy que es mi ultimo dia me siento muy feliz de compartir los resultados obtenidos. Todas las mañanas tomè una cucharada de mis supergreens para sentirme fresco y energizado al iniciar mi dia. Antes de mi entrenamiento, tomè el Yor Shake de Chocolate que es mi favorito para poder rendir durante toda la rutina.
