Soy Mayi López, tengo 36 años y al iniciar el reto pesaba 42kg el máximo al que había llegado.
Siempre me ha gustado hacer deporte y al entrar a este reto sabía que la disciplina y constancia eran importantes para tener mejores resultados en 8 semanas.
Empecé a correr y mi salud mejoró muchísimo con la linea de suplementos, además de ver mejores resultados intercalándolo con el ejercicio 6 veces por semana.
