Hello! My name is Sandra I joined the challenge with the main goal of making better healthy habits and routines about eating and exercising due to some health concerns that my doctor pointed out. I am fascinating with all of Yorhealth Products. Yorhealth has a great line of products that help me achieve a better weight management and increase my self steam.I started with 198 lbs and now I am at 185 lbs . Feeling healthy and Happy with the results.
The routine every day was like this:
Morning prebiotics 1 capsule, Yor Vitamins and my shake.
MidDay Yorfiber with water and 2 dropps of lemon (essential oils) , repair and Enzymes with my meal.
Night time was a regular dinner with my Enzymes and suppers greens.
This was a different challenge due to many days away from home but it was possible thanks to Yorhealth. Forever Greatful.
