Les comparto que inicio mi día con un licuado verde + mi super greens que le da suficientes vitaminas y minerales a mi cuerpo tomo mi desayuno acompañado de mis vitaminas. A medio día mi comida la acompaño con mis vitaminas y una digestiva. Por la tarde tomo mis AMP antes de mi rutina de ejercicio que la hago bien hidratado con mi Berry blast, al terminar mi rutina me tomo mi Shake de vainilla que es mi favorito y ya por la noche antes de ir a descansar me tomo mis repadoras, que son muy importantes para todas las funciones de mi organismo....
