Gracias YOR health por qué con YOR best body se crea hábitos y disciplina yo estoy feliz por que cada reto me reta hace unas semanas sufri de una lesión que me impidió hacer ejercicio y lo sorprendente es ver con la suplementacion como tus músculos tu energía tu digestión tu estados de ánimo se mantienen como obtuve los resultados por las mañanas al despertar consumi 3 enzimas reparadoras en ayunas después súper greens con fibra y una hr después mi proteína 2 scoops en agua y dos vitaminas a la hr de comer me tome 1 enzima digestiva y 2 vitaminas a media tarde otro súper greens con una gota de limón y por la cena proteína más malteada 2 scoops de vainilla con 2 vitaminas y antes de dormir 3 repair y 1 probiótico cuando vino la lesión aumente la dosis de reparadoras 6 por la mañana y 6 por la noche mi recuperación va muy bien y estoy feliz por terminar un reto más gracias YOR health por mantenernos activos saludables nutridos y fuertes
