Mi nombre es Carmen tengo un hijo de 22 años y después de que el nació tuve la pérdida de 3 bebés. Estas sensibles pérdidas ocasionarón una descompensación a nivel hormonal y emocional lo cual hizo que empezara a subir de peso sin lograr bajar de ninguna forma. Hice muchas dietas incluso con la supervisión de mi nutrióloga sin grandes resultados. Intente bajar de peso de todas formas posibles sin lograr resultado alguno. Al contrario seguía subiendo. Una amiga me presento Yorhealth y decidí entrar al reto para ver si este era el vehículo adecuado para lograr mi objetivo de baja de peso y de mejorar física y emocionalmente a la par.
La verdad pensé que me iba a costar mucho trabajo hacerlo sin esperar gran avance por experiencias previas. Sin embargo fue más fácil de lo que pensé. Me empecé a sentir muy bien y con más energía. Y mi motivación aumentaba conforme iba sintiendo que mi ropa me iba quedando grande.

Mi régimen es el siguiente.
Levantándome Probioticos, Repair y vitaminas, media hora después AMP Salgo a caminar al menos 5 KM. Diarios y regreso a desayunar huevo o pechuga de pavo con verduras.
Tomo 3 gotas gotas de CBD
Con la comida tomo , vitaminas, comida terminando la comida CBD. A media tarde colación. 1 AMP y para cenar Shake y fibra y en la noche CBD

My nutrition plan is as follows:
My regime is as follows. Getting Up Probiotics, Repair and Vitamins, half an hour after AMP. 1 hour later Super greensy Berry Blast, half an hour later Shake and Fiber CBD Drops Before eating 1 AMP, vitamins, food finishing CBD food. Mid-afternoon collation. 1 AMP and for shake and fiber dinner and edn CBD night
I’m proud and excited to get in the challenge and very happy with my performance because I feel very good physical and emotionally so I know that I can do anything to keep me on track to the 100 pound challenge.
