Este reto tuvo su reto!
me volvió una lesión de hace meses y no pude hacer el ejercicio que planeé, aún así el repair me ayudó muchísimo con la lesión y la recuperación!
Combinando con el ayuno intermitente, por las mañanas tomaba mi repair y mas tarde mi Super Greens a veces combinado con el Berry.
Alimentos normales y en la cena intercambiaba algo sólido o 3 cups de malteada con algo de fruta para que esté más cargado.
El ejercicio fue moderado debido a la lesión.
cada 2 o 3 días ejercicio de piso con mi propio peso, todo en CASA!
lo básico, sentadillas, abdominales y lagartijas sencillas.
