Mi nombre es José Luis Barahona, decidí empezar este reto pues ya me sentía sin energía, y estaba empezando a tener problemas con mi salud. Este reto me ayudo a mejorar mi salud sentirme con mas energía, y sobre todo a mejorar mi autoestima. En lo que se refiere a la salud, los suplementos me ayudaron con los problemas de acidez estomacal, digestión, energía y ademas al usar toda la línea de suplementos me permitió continuar mis actividades físicas sin dolor de espalda. uno de los productos que uso es YOR Repair y es el que me ayudo mucho para el dolor de espalda.

Uso los suplementos de la siguiente manera:
Desayuno Yor shake con fibra, probióticos, yor repair y vitaminas
Almuerzo y agregó enzimas digestivas (si nesesito energía uso berry blast)
Postre o snack supperverdes
Merienda y agregó vitaminas , yor repair, y un probiótico
