Mi nombre es Eva Maria Moroyoqui, tengo 68 años y me gusta cuidarme.

Hasta antes de la pandemia, acostumbraba a ejercitarme, especialmente caminando a diario y me mantenia sumamente activa.

Sin embargo con el confinamiento todo cambio y fue muy brusco este cambio, lo que siento que me afecto en lo fisico y en lo emocional, al cambiar las rutinas que tenia
