Loved the 8 week challenge! Helped me get focus on my new years weight goals. During the challenge I used the complete YorHealth line, from the MRP (which I love with Yor Fiber..yum) to the complete burn for that extra push at the gym. During my transformation I used the products daily to get the best results while still enjoying regular meals. I hit the gym 3 days a week since thats why my schedule allowed at that time.
