Mi peso hace 8 semanas era de 207 libras y mi peso actual es de 201, considero qeu no tenia mucho peso que bajar ya que ya me encontraba en mi peso segun mi estatura y al combiar la alimentacion , los productos de Yor y ejercicio gane algo de masa muscular.
Los productos que mas utilice para este reto fueorn MRP en la mañana y despues del ejercicio, berry blast, Repair despues de hacer ejercicio lo cual ayudo a disminuir los dolores musculares, y por supuesto Yor Digest Ultra, por lo que en la comida como muuy bien.
Mi rutina de ejercicio fue de lunes a viernes de 40 min a 1 hora.
Yo siempre he querido tener un buen cuerpo , verme mejor, pero las veces que hacia ejercicio no veia resultados rapidamente y me desanimaba y lo dejaba. con este reto encontre una motivacion extra y ademas con los productos es mucho mas facil, no sufro a la hora de comer, tengo mas energia y me siento mejor.
