Hola, mi nombre es Micaela Gonzalez, soy de Guanajuato, actualmente vivo en Dallas Tx.. Soy madre soltera y abuela. trabajo de mesera..
Decidí unirme al reto por salud, ya que siempre e padecido de alergias y principios de asma..

tuve varios retos ya que trabajo en restaurante me regalaban comida y pasaba periodos muy largos sin comer y me saltaba mi rutina de comida...

Antes del reto de conocer Yor. siempre estaba constante estrés, andava cansada y con sueño, toda la comida me caía mal.
Ahora me siento sin alergias, con más energía y mis dolores de cuello y tobillos son mínimos. Gracias a Yor Health.

Mi rutina..
7 am tomo reparador, provioticos, 1 Slim.
enseguida supergreens y una scup de fibra.
9am un shake de vainilla.
durante el día tomo agua con aceites de limón, toronja, naranja, Giner.
1pm 2 cápsulas super Slim.
2pm una comida 1 cápsulas enzima digestiva.
alas 3 un Berry blast..
7pm una cena saludable con 2 enzimas o un shake con fibra..
antes de dormir 2 cápsulas reparador..

algo ejercicio 3 veces x semana.. Antes me tomo mitad del vaso de muscle energy.
Y al finalizar me tomo la otra mitad del muscle energy.

Mis resultados... mejoró mi salud y mi energía. ya puedo comer lácteos sin que me caigan mal, el berme mejor, poder lucir la ropa me cambio mi auto estima y me ase sentirme más segura de mi misma.
