Hi everyone,
My name is Mai xee Fang and I am a mother of two beautiful kids. I decided to take the challenge because I was met with a. tragic loss. About 3months ago I loss my six months old baby, while she was still not born yet due to my high blood pressure. After I came out of the hospital I made the decision to get my health back and to be here longer for my two kids. As a working mother, you just have to make the time and put in the effort. Exercising was a big challenge for me because I had to make time to exercise. I had lost a total of 11Ibs by exercising at home from YouTube. I would wake up early before the kids to do my yoga and ab exercise, and more about exercise before I go to sleep. With exercising I also take alot of yor health fiber, ultra digest, and probiotics to help me get rid of my excess waste. It has helped me alot.
